The structure of the furniture and walls around the apartment as minimum as possible but without losing the function. Barrie Ho Architecture, who designed this interior of this aparment, managed to create a modern and comfortable place to live. Simplicity is usually associated with temporary discomfort comfort with exuberant shapes and colors. These apartments are designed as minimalist as possible without losing the comfort. Only 3 colors used in color theme apartment: a white oak from the tile floor, dark gray and white from the mirror of emulsion paint.

The house is made of different materials that surprising any other changes, including concrete blocks, dark wood and concrete pre-printed white. This has a rectangular shape and connects the front yard to the backyard. public areas such as living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the first flor while the three bedrooms are upstairs along with a terrace featuring vies for the port. Stevens Lawson, New Zealand architect, make a good contribution to the inner Auckland suburb of Herne Bay neighbors by creating this home. The house was for a single family and the main contribution to the street where it is located is a facade sculptures made of cast concrete.
