This house was built as two rectangular bars – one has two stories, while others have a single shop in the garage, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Most of the rooms open on two sides to get cross ventilation. Large windows to maximize natural light in the house to minimize the use of artificial light. The size of this house is 3300 square meters and thanks to Kanner Architects is a wonderful place convenient to take the beautiful scenery. Vertically stacked and set into the hillside Malibu house was built with environmentally friendly materials and recycling. It has a red brick color and structure designed to minimize energy usage and maximize solar energy use. It has a photovoltaic panel on the roof and concrete floor that collects solar energy during the day and release it at night.
