Concrete House Design
This villa has an open-plan kitchen, separate dining room and great room is located between the atrium and views of the sea with the evening sun and sunsets. Lower store, hidden from the neighbors filled the bedroom and other personal space. Overall structure is carved in the rock solid and architects to leave most of the same stone in the living room and bathrooms as reminders of nature. The roof is made of concrete, insulated with Foamglas and then clad with sheet metal. Walls have been built in the form of solid, lightweight concrete, stuck on the inside and outside, and then dressed with sheet metal. Black, pre-patinated, sheets of copper bound by limestone gravel around the base of the building. Villa Astrid is one of the beautiful work by the design studio Wingardhs in a dramatic landscape of Western Sweden. Important parameters for the design of Villa Astrid is dictated by local building code, which governs the 3.5-meter high roof, and roof pitch between 14 and 27 degrees. This effectively reduces the size of villa seen from the road where only one floor in sight.
House Modern Design
On this site, a small hill split-level, there is a difference of nine feet (about a short story residential standards) between one side and the other – but concerns about the retaining wall leading architect of the mid-site to avoid building directly on the upper half, instead of voting for remarkable structural solution to cantilever more general community space of the house plan. No public tours are offered at this facility and only a privileged few have access. Supercar production process is a strange combination of old-world craftsmanship and modern technology. On the assembly line one can see the construction of a car full of crude into products, computer diagnosis. following rigorous testing and everything from the usual torque curve and power to the air / fuel is carefully monitored, as in the exhaust or emissions. Workers in full-time job regalia-red Ferrari around their work station, a smile on their face, and whistle a song from their lips. Okay, we admit. This will take one heck of a write to connect to the Ferrari factory’s okay ‘home’ and we are not bothered. But this is something that we think you just do not want to miss: Ferrari-state-the-art factory in Maranello, Italy.
