In the end, building site just 790 square meters with a construction cost of $ 167/sf and beautiful interior design modern. Pb Elemental Architecture is a company that designed the beautiful modern home with many limitations. First of all a very tight budget but the client’s family was large and still growing. This site is only 1,600 square meters despite Elemental Architecture managed to fit everything needed on it.

The entire house shows the architect’s love for asymmetry: the position of elements (windows, floors, rooms) and a variety of materials used (wood, painted aluminum, glass, brick and so on). The ground floor offers a variety of environments and living spaces: kitchen, dining room, a meeting place, TV room and study. There’s no basement in the house because of the double garage integrated into the building volume, but there is room tower with a height of 3.7 meters internally. Although this project does not look like a regular house European design is still a good example of contemporary architecture. The house is situated in the small Dutch town in south-eastern province of Overijssel, on the border with Germany. It is set among other houses in the vicinity and have stressed the difference between the sides of the face, defined by brick gray-brown, and the back side, where a private garden.

The main house is exceptionally transparent with big windows — some are as tall as 12 feet. Besides being made from natural material the house doesn’t hide or dress up anything, what make his rustic characteristics even more stronger. Jerry Locati who stands behind Locati Architects and Locati Interiors which are internationally recognized in custom residential architecture and stands behind the Ontario residence for a couple’s property outside Toronto. The property has 10,000 square foot main house made of reclaimed wood and fieldstone which perfectly fits the landscape. It designed in rustic western style which could catch attention of every person who drives near by.
