Designed by architect Wilson Webster, this house was built in the Hawaiian Islands with their best traditions of basalt stone with wooden roofs habit of floating light. Lava masonry walls are quite popular around the island and consists of local black basalt lava. Modern interpretation to the walls of this home-made from the site of a monumental cast concrete with basalt aggregate. Open floor plan allows a large expanse of glass to capture the beautiful coastal scenery and lush vegetation. Light wood elements provide sun protection and privacy as to his home as outdoor areas. The design is quite unique to the Hawaiian Islands but is not without a few things in common with other property.
House Modern Design
