Luxury house design from Carara Marble
Surrounded by palm trees and exotic tropical fruit trees, the house is almost a tropical resort with swimming pool terrace. It has a real modern open floor playing with 3 levels. It’s very customizable starting with Carara marble throughout the home and the exotic wood used throughout and built-in door and ends with curved exterior walls and many high-tech electronics.
Design house on hills Space International
The upper floor bedroom and bath aeas strategically to maximize both privacy and views of the canyon. Small lap pool located at the end of the much lower slope serves as a retaining wall and allows the house to maximize the connection to the outside adjacent space at ground level. Villacasa lived in Mt. Washington around Los Angeles designed by the International Space architecture studio. It’s located on a hill site that allows to make the most of a compact size with terraces creative and mixing indoor and outdoor.
