This project combines indoor and outdoor areas to maximize the flexibility and convenience of the family. Design solution is to define the home zone and wrapped the public space with its own roof spanning 17m shelter. Hiding panes of glass in the rock, large riverside veranda and infinity-edge pool are the things that characterize the different home and another house nearby. Hartree + Associates Architects was also recognized design practice with the team, dynamic creative architects and interior designers in Perth, Australia. B-Hive is one of their great contemporary works for a family of five. These are luxury homes with river views of Perth’s beautiful Swan River.
